Reasoned Faith: How do we know that Jesus rose from the dead?

Noted theologian Timothy Keller said this regarding the importance of the resurrection of Jesus:

“If Jesus rose from the dead, then you have to accept all that he said; if he didn't rise from the dead, then why worry about any of what he said? The issue on which everything hangs is not whether or not you like his teaching but whether or not he rose from the dead.”

So how do we know that Jesus actually rose from the dead? And how might we respond to the criticism that believing in the resurrection of Jesus is like believing in a legend built up over time? Come along to this month’s talk and hear how to respond to such questions and learn about the compelling evidence which shows that Jesus rose from the dead.
