Wellington Conference, Seminar and Meeting Spaces

Enjoy the comfort of our recently refurbished seminar rooms for your next conference or seminar.

The Life Centre property at 21 Hania Street in Wellington City is owned by The Street Church and is available for hire from Monday to Saturday.

Our conference rooms are situated on the first floor. A disability lift is available if required.

Each of our seminar rooms has an abundance of natural light with heat pumps installed for heating or cooling in all seasons.

We have 2 rooms of different sizes available for your seminar, meeting, or conference. 

Rooms

Cuba: our mid-sized room is 8.0m x 8.0m. Seating up to 40 people.

Willis: our large room is 120sqm, seating up to 90 people. Includes a kitchenette. 

Equipment

We can provide whiteboards, a projector, a large-screen TV, video conferencing, and wifi. Ample chairs and tables are included in the hire. 

Hire rates

Rooms can be hired individually or a combination.

Half-day rates are under 4 hours.

Full-day rates include any hire over 4 hours.

WILLIS Full day: $380.00 | Half day: $210.00

CUBA  Full day: $240.00 | Half day: $120.00

Rates quoted are GST-exclusive.

Car Parking

Our on-site car parking is usually leased out long term and therefore unavailable, but please ask if any would be available at the time of booking.

Disability Access

There is a lift available. Please mention whether you require the use of it at the time of booking.

Catering

Our Willis room has a kitchenette that is available for use. We can recommend local caterers for morning/afternoon teas/ lunches.

We are proud of our architects and engineers who won the “2015 Overall winner and best Adaptive re-use” for an earthquake-strengthened building from the NZ Society for Earthquake Engineering Inc. The building is 100% strengthened under the NBS code.
